Most importantly, what do I need to know about that I don’t even realize that I don’t know about.
I see it this way . . .
If I have a dollar and you have a dollar and we exchange dollars — you still have a dollar and I still have a dollar.
BUT . . . if I have an idea and you have an idea and we exchange ideas — you now have TWO IDEAS and I have TWO IDEAS!
